Items must be returned in the original condition as shipped. For a refund, we accept only Samsara Energy Jewelry that comes with the original tags attached in the box, and the jewelry must not show any signs of usage.

Notification of your intention to return the item(s) must be received by us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returned item(s) must be received by us within 20 days of the delivery date.

The customer is financially responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the return and must ensure the safe return of the item(s). We recommend careful packing and purchasing insurance as minimum precautions.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in our Returns and Exchange Policy above, your order will be sent back to you.

Refund Method

Please send us an email at Info@samsaraenergy7.com prior to returning any goods.

Once a return has been approved, we will coordinate the return of the goods. (In the case of faulty goods, Samsara Energy will not be responsible for return postage costs.)

Upon receipt of the returned goods, you will receive your refund via your original payment method within 14 working days.

Tibetan Antique Series

Return Policy:
A return for items in the Tibetan Antique Series may be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Fee:

A restocking fee of 25% of the item price applies.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

Additional Notes:

Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded.

Returns of customized or made-to-order items are subject to the seller's discretion.

Return shipping costs are not subsidized and may exceed the original shipping cost.

To the extent that the EU Consumer Rights Directive (“CRD”) applies to you, you may have additional rights regarding the return of items.
